Black Sun uses Discord login and RSI handle verification to operate a Star Citizen organization site. This page summarizes what the public site and connected org tools are intended to collect and why.

Updated June 18, 2026

Data we use

The site may use your Discord account identity, Discord ID, display name, avatar, role membership, and guild membership status when you sign in or use gated org tools.

If you verify RSI access, the site records the RSI handle you submit, whether profile or org membership verification succeeded, timestamps for verification checks, and the last verification failure reason when a check fails.

Operational tools may store rank, activity, event, ticket, market, economy, fleet, and asset records needed to run Black Sun workflows.

Why we use it

Discord and RSI data are used to confirm identity, gate org-only surfaces, assign or verify access, route support requests, maintain rank progression, and protect the integrity of event, market, and economy records.

Aggregate activity and fleet data may be summarized publicly, but public summaries should avoid exposing private Discord IDs, individual wallets, private attendance details, or sensitive operational records.

What we do not do

Black Sun does not present Solmarks or casino-style systems as real-money products, investment products, or redeemable currency.

Black Sun does not endorse hate, harassment, real-world extremism, or Nazi or neo-Nazi ideology, rhetoric, or symbolism.
